Guest Lecture on “International Business”

In my capacity as associate professor at Aarhus University Campus Herning I was lucky to have Charlotte giving a guest lecture in the “International Business Strategy and Leadership” course. Drawing on an extensive hands-on experience from a career working with various organizations, in different business cultures and multiple functions and a great understanding of how companies become successful with exports, Charlotte shared her experience various real life examples of “does and don’ts” in international business development with the students. Among a variety of important challenges, Charlotte vigorously exposed to students the importance of navigating different cultures and how much culture can drive success for companies when working abroad. The students found her lecture insightful, inspiring and engaging.
